Apple App Store may delete WhatsApp for awful misconduct
Recent updates to its privacy policy could bring major problems to WhatsApp Messenger. According to Apple Scope, no app has the right to require any action to gain access to content, which is what happens.
In mid-May, a new messenger privacy policy went into effect. According to the new rules, refusing to accept the rules could lead to a ban on operations. That is, the user will be restricted from making phone calls and typing messages, in addition, a list of contacts will not be available.
Pressure on the user is explicitly prohibited by the rules of the App Store, which means that the messenger can be subject to the next ban and release from the store. In this way, according to the new rules, the app can send private user data, including transaction details and phone numbers, to Facebook servers.
