Apex Legends Mobile: A Mobile Version of Apex Legends
Apex Legends is a free-to-play multiplayer game where two teams of three fight to the death for control of a glowing, floating island. Each team is equipped with a unique, high-powered weapon that can be used to destroy the other’s base.
The game is currently available on iOS and Android, although PC, Mac, and Linux versions are also in early access. As is typical with early access games, there are some bugs and performance issues.
We’ll be gradually releasing new content patches with bug fixes and improvements in order to give players an improved experience with Apex Legends Mobile. It’s important to us that players have a positive experience when playing Apex Legends Mobile because it’s about more than just enjoying the game — it’s about building lasting relationships through gameplay.
It’s worth noting that Apex Legends Mobile will be compatible with all existing Apex Legends accounts you have on mobile devices (iOS or Android) as well as PC/Mac/Linux players who have downloaded our mobile app. If you don’t yet have an account online, you can still play using your account on mobile devices – simply log in using your account information from your desktop or mobile device (such as when logging into Facebook) instead of creating one.
Alternatively, if you don’t wish to use your account on mobile devices you can create one here: http://account-create.com/apcevents/apcevents_mobile_account
The Challenges of Porting Apex to Mobile Platforms
Apex Legends Mobile is a battle royale shooter for mobile devices. It’s one of the first games in the genre to be fully developed from the ground up for mobile devices.
The game was originally developed for PC and consoles, with PC support being added in late 2017. Apex Legends Mobile currently utilizes Unreal Engine 4 for its development, but it will also leverage Unreal Engine 5 as well as Unity at some point in the future.
What Can You Expect to See in the Apex Legends Mobile Beta?
Apex Legends Mobile is a free-to-play, fast-paced, cross-platform, open-world PvP shooter for mobile devices.
Playing as one of three unique factions — the Legion of Elites or the Dark Legion or the Knights of Tomorrow — players will be able to build their characters through a progression system in which they can earn XP and level up to customize their character’s abilities. As you earn XP, your character will level up and unlock new abilities. The more XP you earn, the higher your character will level and unlock powerful abilities.
Players can also use digital currency to purchase Apex Legends Premium Packs that include cosmetic items such as skins with special effects such as alternate color palettes, emojis, and artwork. Players can also purchase premium currency in-game using real money by purchasing either Apex Coins or Apex Points depending on how much is paid for in real money at account balance.

Apex Legends is a free-to-play, arena shooter game that is available for Android devices. There are many players who have been playing Apex Legends since its initial release on PC back in November 2017. It’s a game that has captured the attention of the gaming community and it’s highly anticipated by both casual and hardcore fans of games.
Apex Legends Mobile is also available for iOS devices. We’re excited to announce that we’ve also now released Apex Legends Mobile for iOS!
To celebrate this announcement and to help us build out the mobile client, we’ll be slowly rolling out a series of smaller closed beta tests in India and the Philippines starting in Spring 2021.
We’ll be doing these smaller tests to help us learn more about player usage patterns across different platforms while optimizing the client on iOS before adding it to Android in the future. You can read more about our plans here.
